“Michael, what do I say when my prospects ask me are we, inCruises, a pyramid?”

Has anyone ever asked you that question before? No? I didn’t think so!

Let’s dive in: this is “3 Ways to Handling the Objection to: Is inCruises a Pyramid” spread out over 3 short videos.

Please keep in mind the following:

We empower you to market your exclusive Cruise Membership with a word-of-mouth approach.

You are not a travel agent. You do not sell individual cruises. You are promoting a lifestyle. When you enroll Members, your Members receive immediate value and start saving and putting money away for their cruise vacations. Time only sweetens their vacation dreams. And yours.

We reward you generously for your person-to-person and social interactions, both on-and offline, to promote your subscription-based Membership product.

This way of reaching and enrolling new customers has been misunderstood by some people because it is an alternative distribution method.

Having spent time with me, you know that anything that is new or an alternative is often ridiculed. It is often Opposed and then finally, it becomes understood and widely accepted.

Even though the global direct selling industry is strong and proven, with over $192 billion dollars in annual sales, it is not understood by a lot of people.

So that’s your BIG job. You have a HUGE opportunity to educate and to help others to understand: who we are, and who we are not. Yes or yes?

So when your prospect says, inCruises is a pyramid”, You simply stay calm and cool, and look them in the eyes and Repeat, yes REPEAT exactly what they say, as a Sincere, Genuine question: inCruises is a Pyramid? Seriously? Really?” And simply Wait for their response.

They will typically say, “Well, you know, a pyramid, where the person at the top makes all the money, and the people at the bottom do not make any money at all.” Simply respond, “Look, I appreciate and I respect your concern, and we are nothing like that.”

In other words, do NOT fight them. Align with them, get on their side by saying, “I appreciate and I respect your concern.”

Why is this one of the best ways to respond? Because Everyone wants to be heard, appreciated or respected, am I right?

Then, keep looking them in the eyes, and simply ask with confidence,

”You know, pyramids are illegal, right?” “And Do you know why, they are, illegal?” “Pyramid schemes are illegal because people lose money, and they get hurt.”

“I am proud that My Company Treats People Right and my Company is Doing Well by Doing Well for Others.”

“For example, 100% of our customers, we call them Members, have saved money on every cruise booking since July 2016 over published cruise line prices. 100%!! To date, we have saved customers tens of millions of dollars.”

“And while the world is in stormy times, my Company is making a difference in people’s lives.”

“For example, All Members whose cruise bookings were canceled due to the pandemic have been refunded. 100%.”

“My Company has always paid all commissions and bonuses to their Partners, like me, on time.”

“We are helping thousands of families to pay their bills, put food on the table and provide for their children.”

“We have a very successful business that operates in over 170 countries.”

“For example, zero layoffs.”

“We have not reduced any of our employees’ pay.”

“We have grown over 400% each year, for the past 3 years.”

“We are debt-free.”

“My Company creates an atmosphere of encouragement that is positive and they believe in our People.”

“My Company appreciates me and the people that we are in business with.”

“My Company recognizes Partners like me, for my efforts and my results.”

“I feel really good about the business I have joined and I have started.”

“My family and I love to travel, and now, we can afford to go on luxury cruise vacations.”

“I get it, this business may not be for you, yet it might be a way for us to have a lot of fun together!”

Then I suggest, you ask your prospect, “Does that help? Are you good with that explanation?” Listen to their response. And then ask them, “What else would be important for you to know?” Then continue to educate them and help them determine if we are a match.
