#2 KEY - HONESTY

I'm here for you, to send you some personal development and strength for your mind, your heart and your soul.
The #2 Key to being Confident is Honesty.
Honesty is saying,
“I know who I am and I’m being that, consistently. I know what I want and I am chasing that consistently.”
Honesty is being aligned with who you are, your values, your beliefs and your dreams.
So, what are values?
Values are your principles or standards of behavior, your judgment of what is important in life. Values determine the way you live and work. Your deepest BELIEFS determine your values. Your values reflect your deepest PRIORITIES. Your beliefs and values determine your DAILY behavior, and performance.

Are you being a role model of positivity and possibility? It is my experience that there’s a cohesive sense of identity that comes from being consistent to the best of who you are.
Confidence comes from that and that too is your will, it is your decision, it is a desire to want to be an honest person of integrity and confidence, and that’s where it starts.
I think that when you decide to be confident, and you are honest in who you are being and what it is you’re seeking in life, and your values, then you’re good. So, let me wrap up by saying:
I believe you and I believe in you!
Have the bravery, and courage to continue to do what’s right, even when others around you don’t. By being honest from the start, you will be able to build stronger TRUST in your Partner Member relationships and teams.
I think people are tired of leaders that don’t do what they say. Your executive team makes sound decisions based on honesty and respect. We expect you to do the same. When you are honest, this will help others have CONFIDENCE in you, in your decisions and with inCruises.
